PerpMomentum operates this website and determines how the limited website information described below is used. Privacy questions can be sent to the email address listed on the Contact page.

Information you provide

The website does not currently require registration and does not ask for your name, payment details or exchange credentials. Never send passwords, exchange credentials or API keys through the website or any linked channel.

Local browser storage

The scanner uses browser storage on your device to remember pinned Watchlist markets. This preference remains in that browser unless you clear it; it is not an account or cloud profile and is not uploaded as a user profile.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics provides cookie-free, aggregated performance and traffic measurements that help maintain and improve the website. PerpMomentum does not use Google Analytics, analytics cookies or an analytics consent banner.

Technical information and purposes

The hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request information needed to deliver, maintain and protect the service, including IP address, request time, requested path, browser information, response status and security logs. This processing supports service delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and system security.

Legal basis

Where EU or EEA data-protection law applies, necessary technical request, security and cookie-free performance information is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service. PerpMomentum does not use the website for behavioral advertising, user profiling or account-based tracking.

Recipients and service providers

Limited technical information may be handled by hosting, network, security and performance-analytics providers, including Cloudflare. It may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, or investigate abuse. PerpMomentum does not sell personal information.

Retention

Browser preferences remain on your device until you clear them. Server, security and aggregated performance records are retained according to operational needs and the settings and terms of the relevant provider, then deleted or no longer retained in identifiable form.

International processing

Some infrastructure or linked third-party services may process information outside your country. When data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant service provider’s transfer safeguards and privacy terms apply.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, to object to certain processing, and to receive portable data where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Requests can be raised through the Contact page; identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

External services

Links to Binance, Kraken and Telegram lead to third-party services governed by their own privacy practices. Cloudflare processes limited technical and cookie-free performance information as described above under its own privacy terms. PerpMomentum does not control those services.

Future changes

This policy will be updated before material changes to data use or before accounts, payments or advertising features are introduced.
